Hellgate CSA - Week 7

Hellgate CSA - Week 6
Full Share: Carrots, Zucchini, Cucumber, Lettuce, Radicchio, String Beans, Spring Onions, Plums, Nectarines and Ah Peach. Set up for stir-fry. We have a wee wok, so I had to do it in batches. Week 5 - Hellgate CSA

Hellgate CSA - Week 4
I did a horrible job of documenting this week. The full haul was: Sugar Snap Peas Lettuce Beets Chinese flat podded snow peas Peaches Plums Blueberries The sugar snap peas we ate raw again, man they’re good. I bought these small potatoes at the farmstand and some were blue, and inside they were also blue! (But really purple.) They made potato salad look like ink bags went off in it. Totally taste normal though. Here we’re making breakfast potatoes/homefries/whatever. FUN. And this is why you’ll never see pictures of cooking again. I can not watch my exposure and watch the heat....

Best strawberries I’ve ever had. Sunchoke (Jerusalem Artichoke) *not pictured* the gratin I made. A poor picture of some greenhouse collard greens and half a head of lettuce Tarragon *not pictured* the egg salad I made. (though I did not make the eggs as soft as this recipe did.)
